Staircase Painting in Eltham: What to expect
Most staircase jobs in Eltham (SE9) are in inter-war housess where the spindles, strings and handrails have collected 30+ years of paint and the treads are scuffed from daily use. We hand-strip and sand back to a sound key, fill the joints, prime and finish in a hard-wearing eggshell system. Half-stair scheduling keeps the staircase usable through the work.
Eltham's proximity to Eltham Palace and the Royal Blackheath Golf Club gives the area a distinctive character. The residential streets feature a good mix of inter-war houses, Victorian terraces, and more contemporary homes. We provide painting and decorating services throughout Eltham, bringing the same care and premium materials we use across all our London projects.
