Sash Window Painting in Rotherhithe: What to expect
Most Rotherhithe (SE16) sash projects are on riverside apartmentss with 10–20 windows of mixed condition. We hand-strip failing paint, repair the putty and open joints, ease the cords and pulleys so the sashes run again, prime with a microporous system, then finish in two coats of Sikkens or Dulux Trade Weathershield. Done once, properly, the exterior finish lasts 7–10 years.
Rotherhithe's mix of historic riverside warehouses, contemporary Surrey Quays apartments and quiet family streets around Stave Hill makes for varied projects. We adapt to each property type and bring the careful logistics riverside buildings require.
